The teaching of Bible History falls directly into the category of telling the coming generation about the glorious deeds of the LORD. The preferred methodology for teaching Bible History, therefore, is narration. Teachers from Grades K-8 tell the Bible story according the level of understanding of the students. Teachers reinforce what has been taught through oral and written activities that review and broaden what was introduced in the stories. There is an increasing emphasis on looking up Bible passages for discussion and writing activities in the higher grades.
